The international fair and congress will be a key point to address the country’s main security challenges and the solutions proposed by public institutions and the private sector. The most important international security fair in Chile, Seguridad Expo, continues its preparations for the new 2023 version, which will bring together in one place the national and international security industry, consolidating itself as the meeting point to analyze the challenges and advances in the field. The fair and international congress will be held between november 7th and 9th of this year. The exhibition, which will feature 120 companies supplying security-related products and services, will present a wide range of technological solutions and innovations aimed at developing the market. The international fair will be spread over 8,000 square meters of exhibition space, and more than 90 exhibiting companies representing 25 countries, including Brazil, the United States, China, Switzerland, Spain, Germany and Australia, are expected to participate. More than 5,000 professional visitors are expected to attend the three-day exhibition. The event also seeks to reaffirm the important role of security in Chile, showcase local development in goods, products and services oriented to the industry; exchange experiences, technologies and international developments with the national industry; introduce new technologies not available in the country to the market, and provide effective solutions to the police, Armed Forces and civilians. “Security Expo, which already has six versions, will be the ideal space for commercial exchange, the introduction of new technologies and the improvement of productivity in the execution and operation of projects related to defense and security. Chile today has the opportunity to continue advancing and solving the problems that affect all people,” said Fisa’s deputy general manager, Rodrigo Lobo. “In order to have safer environments, it is essential to have information obtained by different institutions, both from the public and private sectors, with the aim of having better emergency preparedness, increasing situational awareness and improving operational efficiency. For this reason, we invite you to meet at Seguridad Expo to learn what is required to combat crime today,” added Lobo.
