SeguridadExpo expands its scope to include comprehensive security solutions, occupational health, and emergency response

Security is increasingly encompassing more areas of daily life. Along with national-level challenges such as border security, the correctional system, organized crime, and data protection, the reality is that security is now a cross-cutting issue that affects organizations of all sizes and across all sectors, posing new challenges for authorities, companies, and institutions.

For this reason, SeguridadExpo has decided to expand its scope and incorporate three new industries into its 2026 edition, thereby increasing the diversity of products, services, and innovations featured at the exhibition. These are occupational health, emergency management, and fire protection.

“These additions allow us to broaden the scope of the trade show and bring together stakeholders who play a key role in protecting people and managing risks. We want to continue building a space where companies, specialists, and organizations can discover innovative solutions and create new opportunities for collaboration,” says Rodrigo Bastidas, manager of SeguridadExpo.

In the area of occupational health, the exhibition will feature companies specializing in workplace safety, employee training, and personal protective equipment. This is a key area for organizations seeking to enhance the well-being of their teams and reduce the incidence of accidents. Notable categories include personal protective equipment (PPE), such as helmets, safety footwear, technical clothing, and hearing, eye, and respiratory protection systems, as well as training programs and preventive consulting services.

Emergency management will also be represented at the fair through companies dedicated to incident response and coordination. Highlights in this segment include ambulances, communication systems, monitoring centers, specialized vehicles, and tools designed to improve response capabilities in various scenarios.

Meanwhile, the fire protection sector will bring together suppliers focused on the detection, containment, and control of fires. Alarms, fire extinguishers, firefighting equipment, evacuation systems, and prevention-oriented technologies will be part of a range of offerings designed to safeguard critical infrastructure, production facilities, and high-traffic areas.

In this way, SeguridadExpo aims to establish itself as a meeting platform for suppliers, specialists, and decision-makers interested in learning about tools applicable to various sectors of the economy.

Organized by FISA, part of the GL events Group, SeguridadExpo 2026 will take place September 8–10 at Metropolitan Santiago. The exhibition will bring together companies, specialists, authorities, and decision-makers to analyze the key trends and opportunities shaping the development of the security industry.
